Reflection on the week...

We have achieved a lot again this week:

- Completed Scary Stories for Year 3 (this was not easy to pitch, but you did well).
- Worked a lot on adding and subtracting fractions (when you understand what is happening with the fractions, the calculating of them becomes a lot easier).
- we also visited squared numbers as a reminder in our number sense time.
- Practised handwriting for fluency, spacing and letter formation.
- Recapped a lot of grammar work from progressive tenses to the Y6 spelling expectations.
- Engineered some vacuum cleaners.
- Created your calendars for 2019.

You also did an arithmetic assessment; so many of you are making pleasing progress with this; always try your best and you can achieve great things!

Next week is the final week of term; we still have plenty of things to learn, so make sure you relax and are ready for all the learning that will happen in the final four days of term.
