There is lots of good balances showing counter tension in gymnastics at the moment...we will develop these skills in the next couple of weeks.
This afternoon we re-visited a video we watched earlier in the year about being safe online.
The key messages were how easy it is to be online. It is easy to be whoever you want and say whatever you like: online there are no limits.
I encourage you all to take the attitude of respect and never say anything to anyone that you would not be confident saying face-to-face. Keep your personal information to yourself and talk about anything you are concerned about with people that you trust.
America is made up of 50 states.

We had a go at locating and memorising the states this afternoon.
This afternoon we looked in different atlases to locate America. We discussed how it is in the continent of North America and we briefly looked at the population density in the country.
We then filled in a table to show what we knew and what we would like to find out. Have you thought of anything else you might like to learn about the country?

Congratulations to the cup assembly winners - you did very well to achieve this awards.
It was very difficult to make the decision as so many of you have shown off your absoultely great qualities throughout the Autumn term and your votes were very valid and thought through too.

What do you know about USA; what would you like to know about the country?
There are very interesting geographical physical and human features; a huge array of climates and cultures that live within the one country; some of the world's most famous people and places come from America too.
