When I was younger I went sledging with my parents and younger brother to the Tamworth Snowdome. It was great fun playing in the snow, making snowballs, and of course sledging.
We were sledging up and down this hill when my brother got stuck. My Dad went to help him but just at the exact same time another boy came flying down the hill out of nowhere and knocked my dad literally off his feet! It was almost like he flew into the air in slow motion. It was so funny but I really wish we had recorded it!
If laughter were a person, I think that it would be a good and loyal friend though all of life's twists and turns. Laughter will always be there when you need it and will never let you down. Laughter might be a quiet chuckle or giggle, or it maybe an amazingly loud, raucous, roar of laughter. Whatever it is and however it sounds let laughter escape, just laugh, smile and be happy. Laughter is infectious so let yourself shine and walk on the funny side of life.
As I walk through the tunnel onto the pitch the noise was so loud....
The fans were chanting my name. This is the day I had dreamt of for years. I was playing my first match for Manchester United.
It was Man United against Man City; whoever wins are the Premiership winners.
Rooney scores making it 1-nil.
In the last few seconds Manchester City are awarded a penalty!
The pressure was on me. Aguero strikes the ball blasting it to my right hand side. I leap into the air and save it. The whistle blows and the crowd goes wild.
The noise was so loud...but what a fantastic noise it was!
I wonder what stories these boats have to tell? They may be abandoned, rusting and forgotten forever, but they look like they have enjoyed a long, happy life in days gone by.
The boats must have spent so many days lazing in the enchanted ocean and basking in the heat of the sizzling, summer sunshine, underneath aqua skies. Daily, the boats would have crashed between the cascading, pure and flowing waves of the cool sea, amongst the aquatic life.
Now, the paint on the boats is beginning to fade, but a life that once was is etched in every single bit of paint that fades away and hazy memories will always stay.
