Christmas is all about spreading cheer
Remember it only comes once a year
So think about giving and not what you’ve got
It is still Christmas...presents or not
Christmas is a day that everyone can have fun
After a long hard year, after the work is done
So next time you’re sat there on Christmas Day
Think it’s not all about presents or Santa on his sleigh
Take this poems meaning on board but remember
Make sure to have lots of fun this December
As Christmas baubles hung on the tree
The festive lights went on as far as I could see,
As mum and dad drunk some tea
Ten presents were lay there for me!
And now I have to go and eat lunch
But I told them I’ve already had my morning brunch,
Lots of turkey was spread out on my plate
But now I thought it was getting just a little too late.
So I walked upstairs and got into bed
And then laid down my tired head.
It had been a wonderful Christmas day
And there’s nothing else left to say!
Where baubles were lands to strange, tiny creatures. Mandy's. Cat like animals with furry ears and black button noses. The once peaceful species of Christmas cheer surrounded by cruel conflict inflicted upon them by the Snow Mandies. Each December the Baub Mandy's fight back in terrifying ways. from Christmas cracker cannons to gingerbread soldiers who attack there safe haven. But there is one species of Mandy who try and escape this conflict They have no name, no idea they are just prisoners to this world long war. Many of them dream of a free life ; they will never escape.
Many dream of lots of different presents.
Some enjoy a nice stroll on Christmas morning and others enjoy a object; others have more unusual wishes like sight or the ability to hear or walk.
Sally was one of those people who enjoyed waking up on Christmas morning and watching a spinning baubles glistening on the tree, but this Christmas was going to be totally different. A spotty red present with a blue ribbon was under the tree... and in Sally’s eyes this was dying to be opened.
Unwrapping the present with great care, she accidentally opened a porthole to hell. Jelousy, Anger, Self doubt, greed and all bad things flew out. What had Sally done?
Christmas is a wondrous thing: presents given, trees decorated and smiles appear. If you wander my street it’s not so delightful, a few old rags wrapped up in newspaper if you’re lucky. Our street isn’t like theirs, ours is poor, only rags for shelter for no one has much money. I sometimes imagine: great sparkling lights, a room full of presents...oh that would be nice.
Its Christmas, I’ve put up our branch (I don’t expect anything under it). As I walked towards the ‘tree’, I find my family gaping at a little box covered in gorgeous wrapping paper. Reading the tag, my heart leapt with joy. I pulled the string and there within was a note that someone had got us a home.
Christmas is the time of year.
When adults start drinking beer.
It is also a time to catch the eye.
Maybe the wishes have been to fly?
Maybe your parents have been saying oh why did I buy this, oh why?
Children crazy, baubles smashed.
Mum in pieces , oh no - she's crashed!
Children in darkness and despair.
Just wishing to get out in the snowy air.
It was the morning of the running competition and Bella had just had her breakfast – a bowl of Rice Krispies and some water. The athletics starts at 11:00 a.m. so Bella still had another two hours. Her mind was spinning like the fastest ride at the fun fair.
Two hours had past and Bella, her parents, and three siblings were on their way to the stadium. When they got there she had to find her team, which were dressed in burgundy. Immediately the Tirlebrook team top was put on by Bella. Just as they were about to start Bella ran to her position. She was sure the other competitors would beat her; they were exhausted…
Horrible most terrible day of my life
Old people chasing me
Relaxing for just two minutes never happened
Rugby were smashing my face
I ended up in A and E with my brothers
But they were exhausted
Loser I am
Everything bad happened today.
My day today was the worst day of my life: rugby balls, A and E, old people and loads more... I pray and pray for this day to - never - I mean never(!) happen again in my whole entire LIFE!
I made a mistake on o'clock! Here it is again!
My friends and I joined the army, a few weeks ago. We never knew it would be this hard…
Day in, day out, we trained at different shooting ranges across England.
Today was a long day. We trained for twenty-two hours straight.
It was 9 o’clock at night and a bomb went off accidentally. Everyone was shocked. The explosion was so close that it nearly burst my eardrums. All of my friends were determined to help, but they were exhausted…
Ambulances surrounded us, everyone ran to the bomb site, when – suddenly - another one went off…
Horrible,horrible that was the day
Organisation never appeared
Rugby balls smashing my face
Relaxation never appeared on that day
I ended up in AandE with a broken nose
Bad,bad day it was
Losing mum and dad!
Exhaustion was bubbling inside
Busy,busy day it was
Aking my legs were
Disaster,disaster filled my day
Dark filled the night sky the day was nearly over
All of us were worn out
Yelling that had lots of energy powering out ther mouth I heard from down stairs
...But they were exhausted ...
