I was walking home feeling exhausted, when all of a sudden an elderly man COLLAPSED right in front of me!
WITHIN myself I felt extremely frightened. Alone in this WIDE open space with nobody to help. I found my phone and quickly rang for an ambulance.
While I was waiting for the ambulance to arrive I felt like someone was watching me. There was a broken ORANGE light flickering in the darkness.
A sudden movement caught my eye, were my eyes deceiving me as I am sure that was a CROCODILE!!!
I jumped as the sound of the ambulance pulled up beside me.
As the man was put into the ambulance I was still thinking about what I had seen earlier. Was it a trick of the light? Were my tired eyes seeing things? Or could it really need possible, could there really be a crocodile loose on the streets!.......
It was late and I was nervous, I looked up immediately from WITHIN I was soothed.
A sudden gleam caught my eye, it was ORANGE, no purple, no red. It was flashing. It scarpered.
Intrigued, I followed, it was hard to keep up, it was crawling through collections of COLLAPSED tree trunks then up WIDE vines.
Eventually, I caught it. It was a mini CROCODILE shaped creature, suddenly it slipped out of my grip and disappeared into the darkness.....
I'm all alone, in the middle of nowhere I COLLAPSED.
I made a shelter using raffled leaves and twigs. All there was to eat was an ORANGE and coconut milk.
I felt something crawl through my hairy feet. it felt wide and scaly. like a CROCODILE tail. I climbed up a skinny palm tree and hid within the branches. I stretched for a basket of food, sitting on the two way, long branch on the other side of the tree. I missed and came tumbling down. I straggled behind a broken down branch. WITHIN the misty distance, I saw WIDE eyes glaring at me.
I was stuck...
I stood up but fell over immediately, I looked up at the sky to see the sun, bigger than usual. My eyes strained so I looked away. I was dizzy, thirsty.
I looked down at my legs, they were dripping red and blue blood. I screamed in pain. Everything was a blur of heat and blood, there was a pot. Yes, with bleeding limbs sprawling out of it, dripping blood of many colours.
A speck of red slipped down into my eye, I wiped it off, yes, then the crooked and callous limb hit me, and I woke up here...
In the golden sun filled summer field, I could over hear a stuttering noise from the rustling, waving branches of the blossoming trees. My body shook in complete terror and fright.
"What could it be?" I said to myself.
The branches began to swing and shake and move so fast as the wind had suddenly taken control of everything within its grip. Then the rain began, the water droplets cascaded so fast and hit my skin like little tiny beads.
"Wow, what has happened, one moment ago the atmosphere was so calm, now I am battling against fierce storms like a monster". I said in an anxious voice.
With my body still shaking I hid behind a glorious apple tree just to find some calm and peace. All at once the rain disappeared and out from behind the curly, white clouds came the beautiful sun like a golden gem. I was happy once more.
All alone in the jungle, suddenly I hear a screeching noise. Should I investigate or should I run away? I decide to investigate further. As I slowly moved the green leaves to one side, I froze in horror at what I saw standing in front of me!...
A scary magical creature stared back at me, I could feel my legs start to inch back slowly. It was a fantastic burst of colours. It's eyes were yellow as bright as the sun, I could almost feel them burning me.
All of a sudden this creature began to move towards me. It felt like it was coming from every direction. Scared for my life I begin to run as fast as my legs could carry me. After some time I turned to see the creature had disappeared. What was that creature? Will I ever know? What did it want? It will remain a mystery!...
The soft green grass of the Amazon rain forest acted as a cushion from my fall out of a crashed helicopter. We had crashed because we were possessed by a monster... THERE IT IS NOW!!!
The yellow glaring eyes were staring at me as I ran through the jungle. Everywhere I looked, I could see "it". It wouldn't miss a trick!
Ah-ha! A tunnel! Naively, I hurtled forwards into the sandy rocks. I was too eager. I fell down what seemed like a bottomless pit! Until...
"Rise" A rather deep voice was speaking. "Rise" he repeated. I clambered to my frozen feet and realized I was half an inch taller! "You are one of us now" Those were the last words I ever heard... Until now...
I was stood there, in the middle of no where, streaming with terror and shock.
With blood shot eyes, I could hear the singing of the birds above and im here, pretending I dont exist, I saw children in the dark, misty distance.
I stood there upset and alone with no one around, I was sweating like mad; I felt the wind brush through my body.
I stepped back the windy bushes swaying side to side, I sped off through the thorny bushes and i was never noticed and heard from ever again.
On a dark, misty morning I decided to climb out of my tent and I started to explore this new world around me.
I was shaking at the knees and my face was white. In the background I could hear a noise...but what is it? I went towards the sound...
In the undergrowth there were bugs of all kinds and the noises were extraordinary. But what was that scutter in the distance?
Foolishly I went closer and gradually I ended up there...
Greetings Humans Of Earth.
I am Peaky.Humans, there are many lessons to learn. You have made many mistakes, but it is never too late to make changes and to appreciate and love your planet for the spectacular, magical and wonderful place it is. We should also add kind and accepting, these are two aspects that we need to work very hard on.
Let's hold hands so that we make a huge circle around the world to protect it and to keep us united as one. Once we are together, hold tight and never let go. Courage comes from your heart, not from weapons and violence. Nobody should live in fear for worshiping a God, or be hungry, or without shelter and water, or feel that they don't belong.
We all matter. Please change and see that everybody can be happy if we all take care of each other forever and always.
Each week we are taking part in 'The 100 Word Challenge' to be creative and expressive with our writing.
